About the role

The Sr. Specialist, SAP Order to Cash (OTC) - Key User will be responsible for managing and optimizing the SAP OTC processes within the organization. This individual will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless order-to-cash operations, including order processing, invoicing, and collections.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize SAP OTC processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Collaborate with finance, sales, and customer service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
  • Ensure compliance with SAP best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide training and support to end-users on SAP OTC functionalities.
  • Identify process improvements and implement changes to enhance workflow.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP OTC roles, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong understanding of SAP OTC modules and best practices.
  • Experience with SAP Fiori and other SAP UI components.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Qualifications

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Experience with SAP ABAP programming is a plus.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and processes.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay

Salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 annually.

Schedule

Full-time position, 40 hours per week.
