Sr Specialist Maintenance Manager

About the role

Leads the department associates by creating and sharing a common vision and direction while aligning with the organization’s strategy. Communicates and collaborates with managers and associates across areas to manage and accomplish the department's and unit's operational objectives. Supports coordination with managers at all levels to achieve unit goals and broader supply chain objectives.

Ensures the timeliness, quality, and effectiveness of all processes within the assigned area of responsibility. Directs the team to uphold the strategy of Customer First Service, ensuring merchandise is delivered to customers accurately and on time.

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages department programs and activities to ensure complex and critical processes are followed accurately and efficiently on a multi-shift basis, aligning with business plans and priorities.
• Resolves operational problems within the department; escalates to appropriate associates or specialists when additional expertise is required. Initiates crisis management to prevent business disruptions.
• Monitors and reviews associate performance to ensure proper execution of procedures and efficient departmental functions.
• Leads the department by engaging and supporting associates through direction, coaching, feedback, and recognition while maintaining a focus on customer support.
• Promotes clear communication across the department to ensure thorough understanding of processes and procedures.
• Builds and maintains strong business relationships with external service providers and industry contacts.

Pay

Pay Range: USD $57,000.00 – USD $95,000.00 per year.
