Sr Solutions Director - Security (Req#1256)

Responsibilities

• Define and refine the security strategy and key success metrics
• Identify emerging security trends and evaluate market demands
• Collaborate across teams to develop and introduce new security solutions
• Create sales support tools like use cases and proposal templates
• Identify and establish key strategic partnerships in the security domain
• Evaluate market trends to boost solution adoption and increase brand awareness

Qualifications

• 5-10 years in a senior management role in security or related fields
• Proven track record of managing P&L for a business unit
• Experience in building partnerships across independent entities
• Effective in C-level communication and presentations
• Extensive knowledge in multiple security domains including Network Security and Cloud Security
• Strong organizational and detail-oriented skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication capabilities
