At ePlus, we engineer transformative technology solutions for visionary companies. As the Sr Solutions Director for our Security practice, you will lead go-to-market strategies and develop innovative solutions for clients.
Your Impact
- Define and refine the strategy of the ePlus Security practice
- Identify emerging Security trends and technologies
- Develop and maintain a competitive edge
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop packaged solutions
- Provide thought leadership for clients, partners, and internal teams
- Prepare and package Security solutions for sales and delivery
- Create sales tools and materials like use cases and proposal templates
- Support the field with assessment and workshop offerings
- Collaborate with marketing to identify market segments and positioning
- Develop plans to enable Security training across the company
- Assess market requirements and demand to define compelling solutions
- Coach and mentor Client Security Principal team
- Identify, evaluate, and execute on optimization and expansion of ePlus Security solutions
- Proactively work with business team leaders to achieve Security sales targets
- Develop incentive programs for the field to drive adoption of new offerings
- Evaluate emerging Security market trends and directions
- Build credibility and establish ePlus as an authority on Security solutions
- Expand industry awareness through multiple forms of media
Qualifications
- Previous success managing a profit and loss for a line of business
- Previous success developing partnerships between different, independent entities
- Previous success in sales and relationship-building roles
- Previous success in managing and delivering IT projects, on time and on budget
- Proven success selling solutions at the CXO and VP level
- Ability to conduct executive level (CISO, CIO) dialogue and presentations
- Knowledge and experience selling Security products and services
- Full knowledge and ability to competently discuss, plan, and support deployment efforts around IT solutions using five or more of the following domains:
- Network Security
- Advanced Threats
- Cloud Security
- Data Protection and Privacy
- Security Operations and Analysis
- Endpoint Security
- Application Security

Position Specifics
The initial base salary range for this position is expected to be between $175,000 and $275,000 annually. ePlus offers a full range of benefits, including medical, financial, and various paid time off benefits, dependent on the position offered.
