Sr. Software Engineer - Provider Access (Remote)

For our client, a leader in the healthcare space, we are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their remote team and lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will collaborate across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions, influencing architecture and long-term growth within a healthcare environment.

Responsibilities

• Shape the future of provider experience through software development
• Design and implement durable systems that address provider needs
• Deliver software that enhances the onboarding process for providers
• Drive improvements in supply dynamics for patient care
• Evaluate and resolve complex technical challenges promptly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software development experience with a focus on web applications
• Deep knowledge of full-stack technologies, especially TypeScript, React, and Node.js
• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable distributed systems
• Skillful use of AI development tools to improve coding efficiency and quality
• Proven leadership in delivering high-priority technical projects and engaging stakeholders
• Commitment to building a high-performing engineering culture through mentorship and documentation

$100,000 – $140,000 annually
