Responsibilities

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in customer service or related field preferred

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using Thermo Fisher Scientific systems and tools
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical, biotech, or related industries a plus
