Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow BCM solutions aligned with organizational continuity requirements.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow BCM modules, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA), Risk Assessment, and Continuity Plans.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Develop workflows, business rules, UI policies, client scripts, and integrations within ServiceNow.
- Maintain and enhance existing BCM implementations to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party systems and tools where required.
- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
- Ensure adherence to ITSM best practices and organizational standards.
- Document technical designs, configurations, and operational procedures.
Qualifications/Required Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience implementing or supporting ServiceNow BCM or GRC modules.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
- Experience with ServiceNow platform features such as Flow Designer, Integration Hub, and REST SOAP APIs.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes and frameworks.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience working in Agile Scrum environments.
