ServiceNow BCM Consultant
Responsibilities
- Lead meetings with client stakeholders to gather business objectives and define process workflows.
- Configure ServiceNow BCM modules (including Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, and Crisis Management).
- Ensure the customized ServiceNow setup complies with internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements.
- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), triage defects, and support cutover activities during deployment.
- Create solution documentation and deliver training sessions to end-users and client teams.
Qualifications/Required Skills
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals, including CMDB architecture, workflows, and forms.
- Solid grasp of Business Continuity Management (BCM) principles and IT Risk Management/GRC processes.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules) is highly desired.
- Exceptional communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent Communication skills and collaboration skills.
- Ability to propose and implement improvements in the system.
- Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
