ServiceNow BCM Consultant

Responsibilities

• Lead meetings with client stakeholders to gather business objectives and define process workflows.
• Configure ServiceNow BCM modules (including Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Planning, Exercise Management, and Crisis Management).
• Ensure the customized ServiceNow setup complies with internal risk policies and external regulatory requirements.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), triage defects, and support cutover activities during deployment.
• Create solution documentation and deliver training sessions to end-users and client teams.

Qualifications/Required Skills

• Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform fundamentals, including CMDB architecture, workflows, and forms.
• Solid grasp of Business Continuity Management (BCM) principles and IT Risk Management/GRC processes.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules) is highly desired.
• Exceptional communication, relationship-building, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent Communication skills and collaboration skills.
• Ability to propose and implement improvements in the system.
• Ability to work with cross-functional stakeholders.
