Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager

About the Opportunity:The Sr. Scrum Master/Project Manager leads Agile practice and delivery discipline across multiple engineering teams. This role is responsible for setting Agile standards, coaching Scrum Masters, managing Agile metrics and quality frameworks, and acting as a key liaison between Product Management and engineering. The position ensures alignment between product roadmaps and sprint execution, driving predictability and quality in software delivery. 3. Responsibilities:• Establish and maintain Agile ceremonies and structures across 12 teams• Coach and support 6–7 Scrum Masters• Act as Scrum Master for 2 teams, handling ceremonies and backlog management• Develop and manage Agile Development Metrics & Quality Accountability Framework using Jira and GitHub• Track and report delivery and quality metrics including velocity, sprint predictability, code review data, and defect rates• Facilitate program-level Agile ceremonies to coordinate cross-team dependencies and planning• Serve as the Agile conduit between Product Management and engineering teams• Ensure continuous refinement of Agile metrics to be actionable, balanced, and trend-focused 4. Requirements:• Experience leading Agile practices at scale across multiple teams• Proficiency with Jira and GitHub for managing development metrics• Ability to coach Scrum Masters and facilitate Agile ceremonies• Experience implementing and evolving Agile metrics and quality frameworks• Knowledge of scaled Agile methodologies such as SAFe or Scrum@Scale 5.
