About the role

Design and develop technical solutions in Salesforce for large platforms, with a focus on Health Cloud, Lightning Framework (LWC), and OmniStudio, owning end-to-end technical solutions while applying best practices in declarative and programmatic approaches.

Responsibilities

  • Design and develop technical solutions in Salesforce for large platforms.
  • Work with Health Cloud as a developer.
  • Develop Lightning Web Components (LWC) in Service Cloud/Health Cloud.
  • Build OmniStudio solutions.
  • Apply best practices in declarative and programmatic approaches, owning end-to-end technical solutions.
  • Identify issues and collaborate to solve problems in a timely manner.
  • Manage internal customer relationships, influence peers, enhance team effectiveness, and manage timelines.
  • Demonstrate proactive problem-solving ability, develop trust, and foster shared goals and values.
  • Deliver engaging presentations and control multiple presentation scenarios.
  • Work within Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes.
  • Lead CI/CD strategy end-to-end using DevOps tools such as Flosum, Copado, DevOps Center, Git, and Jenkins.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience designing and developing technical designs in Salesforce for large platforms.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience with Health Cloud as a developer (mandatory).
  • Minimum 4 years' experience working with Lightning Framework (LWC components) in Service Cloud/Health Cloud.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience building OmniStudio Solutions.
  • Background and deep experience with Salesforce (mandatory).

Qualifications

  • PDII certification preferable.
  • Salesforce Health Cloud Super badge completion or certification (plus).
  • Relevant Healthcare/Life sciences experience (plus).

Skills

  • Detail-oriented, able to identify issues and collaborate to solve problems.
  • Excellent oral and written communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Engaging presentation style with ability to control and manage multiple presentation scenarios.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and CI/CD processes (plus).
  • Experience leading CI/CD strategy end-to-end using DevOps tools (Flosum, Copado, DevOps Center, Git, Jenkins) (plus).
