Salesforce Sr. Developer / Technical Lead

About the role

Salesforce Sr. Developer / Technical Lead responsible for leading a pod of 3-5 developers in Sales and Service Cloud, designing and implementing complex solutions, participating in architecture reviews, and mentoring the team.

Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions for a given set of requirements
• Articulate trade-offs in choosing one solution over another
• Design, build and implement complex, secure and scalable solutions
• Configure solutions using Salesforce products and APIs including Visualforce, Lightning, Heroku and integration / ETL technologies
• Participate in PoC development and feasibility studies
• Participate in Architecture Review Board meetings
• Resolve technical challenges faced by the team in Infrastructure and Architecture
• Analyze existing workflows and come up with improved design and flows
• Troubleshoot mission critical incidents in production environment
• Advocate best practices in Salesforce deployment and release management

Pay

Salary Range: $140,000-$180,000 a year
