Sr. Salesforce Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Salesforce Engineer to support and manage onshore activities related to the EPLUS product built on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will quickly understand the EPLUS product functionality, work closely with customers, and coordinate with internal offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution. This role will serve as the primary onshore point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and the Salesforce.org team. The position is remote, based in the US, and requires working within the EST time zone.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary onshore point of contact for customers, stakeholders, and the Salesforce.org team.
• Support and manage activities related to the EPLUS product on the Salesforce platform.
• Quickly learn and understand EPLUS product functionality and business workflows.
• Coordinate with internal offshore teams to ensure smooth operations and issue resolution.
• Engage with customers and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Resolve issues and manage escalations effectively.
• Work independently and manage multiple priorities in a distributed work environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience working with the Salesforce platform.
• 5+ years in a client-facing role as a Salesforce Consultant, with strong customer communication and stakeholder management skills.
• 5+ years of experience supporting Salesforce-based products and healthcare platforms.
• Ability to quickly learn new product features and business workflows.
• Experience coordinating between onshore and offshore teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Salesforce Service/Health Cloud or Sales Cloud.
• Experience working with distributed/global teams.

Work Environment

• Remote, US-based role requiring work within the EST time zone.
• Full-time, permanent position.
• Occasional movement around the office (if applicable).
• Long periods of sitting and/or standing in front of a computer using video technology.
• May require travel dependent on company needs.
• Work across multiple time zones in a hybrid or remote environment.

Pay

The annual US base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000. Final compensation will be determined during the interview process and is based on factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and education.
