About the role
We're looking for a Senior Sales Support Specialist - Back Office Support to join our team. You'll support sales and management teams by reviewing account information, resolving inquiries, and coordinating with internal partners to ensure accurate merchant account setup and servicing.
Responsibilities
- Provide pre-sales and post-sales support for merchant account activities, including guidance on addendums and DDA setup inquiries for law firms
- Respond to pricing, billing policy, and buy rate grid questions to support accurate proposals and merchant account setup
- Manage shared inbox communications and assigned inquiry tickets, providing accurate and timely responses to sales and internal stakeholders
- Research issues, document findings, and support escalations to help resolve operational and account-related questions
- Partner with sales, pricing, boarding, servicing, and other internal teams to maintain workflow accuracy and support timely account setup
- Review account details and supporting information to identify discrepancies, clarify requirements, and reduce processing errors
- Support marketplace-related inquiries and back-office activities that improve sales support efficiency and service consistency
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in sales operations, sales support, merchant services, or a related business support function
- 3+ years of experience using sales support tools, ticketing systems, shared mailboxes, and business applications to manage inquiries and case resolution
- 3+ years of experience providing pre-sales and post-sales operational support, including pricing, proposal support, account setup, or servicing coordination
- Experience interpreting pricing models, billing policies, and account documentation to provide accurate responses and recommendations
- Ability to research issues, document outcomes, manage multiple work items, and communicate clearly with cross-functional teams
- Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience
Qualifications
- Experience supporting merchant acquiring, payments, financial services, or fintech operations
- Experience with marketplace navigation, dashboard management, or workflow tracking tools
- Experience handling credit escalations, application quality control, or exception-based review processes
- Certification in sales operations, finance, or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience

Pay
The salary range for this position is $40,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year. Certain Positions are Commissions eligible.
Schedule
This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
