Sr Sales Operations Analyst, Salesforce Administrator
About the role
We are seeking a Senior Rev Ops Administrator to join our team at Altium. This role is crucial for continuously improving and enhancing our Salesforce platform to align with our organizational goals.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Salesforce Administrator to validate business requirements and consider security, scalability, and limits.
- Create Apex (classes and triggers), Visualforce, and Lightning components to extend Salesforce functionality.
- Develop custom user interfaces using Visualforce pages, Lightning pages, Aura Components, and Lightning Web Components.
- Integrate Salesforce with other systems such as NetSuite, Snowflake, DocuSign, and Marketo using Salesforce APIs.
- Manage API integrations between multiple systems and maintain business applications within Salesforce.
- Work with IT/developers for other systems to integrate across the business, including setting up and maintaining API integrations.
- Implement and deploy new/updated applications and code, ensuring smooth release cycles.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure high code quality and maintain documentation.
- Manage user and license administration, including new user setup/deactivation, roles, profiles, permissions, public groups, object-level visibility (OWD), and sharing rules.
- Configure Salesforce configurations such as workflows, process builders, flows, assignment rules, approval processes, fields, page layouts, record types, dynamic layouts, apps, actions, custom settings, mobile administration, dashboards, and reports.
- Identify and optimize unused or underutilized platform features and update existing automation to reduce workflow rules and process builders while implementing more robust business rules using flows.
- Create and maintain Salesforce technical documentation.
- Work with integrated applications to ensure seamless integration and utilization.
Qualifications
- Strong Salesforce product knowledge and at least 5-10 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience with Sales and Service Cloud.
- At least 1-2 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ.
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Certified Salesforce Administrator and Certified Salesforce Advanced Administrator certifications.
- Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1 and 2 certifications (optional).
- Proactive attitude towards platform enhancements and excellent relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work with stakeholders at all levels and respond to questions and feedback.
- Experience working collaboratively as a team and independently.
- Active in the Salesforce community and demonstrates continuous personal/professional development.
- Strong background in designing Flows.
