Duties
- Conduct a systems analysis for new programs and map the results of those analysis to the existing infrastructure.
- Work with public health experts, documenting workflows and translating those workflows in training materials and/or system documentation.
- Communicate with complex business workflows and requirements into a project plan.
- Communicate complex technical and data information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Salesforce Specific Skills (preferred but not required)
- Provide technical assistance to business units including developing reports, dashboards, and appropriately identifying requirements for new technology builds.
- Learn the current Salesforce environment and work with new business units to adapt Salesforce usage in their current workflows.
- Configure Salesforce in the sandbox including but not limited to flows, objects, fields, layouts, and community sites.
- Serve as one of the Salesforce administrators.
Qualifications
- The ideal candidate for this position must be a pro-active and self-motivated individual with the ability to work in teams and in a highly dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders and timelines.
- Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to manage and report complex information.
- Experience with data collection, analysis and interpretation.
- Desire to grow professionally, develop new skills and willingness to work outside of comfort zone.
- Experience working with the public health sector and coordinating projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Able to prioritize and work in fast-paced environment with hard deadlines.
- Fluency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to understand the concepts of institutional and structural racism and bias and their impact on underserved and underrepresented communities, along with a demonstrated commitment to supporting communities who have experienced systemic oppression and bias (e.g. people of color, LGBTQ+ people, immigrants, justice involved persons, etc.).

Additional Information
- This is a temporary grant-funded position ending in November 2027.
- This individual must reside in the tri-state area (NY, NJ, CT) by their confirmed start date.
- Possibility of preference given to individuals residing in New York City (5 boroughs) or surrounding New York State counties.
- This individual will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies.
