The Job

The Senior Sales Operations Analyst supports the end-to-end sales commission process, provides analytics and insights on incentive compensation plans, and drives continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce errors, and enhance user experience.

  • Ensure accuracy of commission payments by auditing data, resolving discrepancies, and enforcing compensation rules.
  • Analyze compensation trends and provide actionable insights on sales performance.
  • Maintain and enhance commission systems, tools, and workflows to improve efficiency, scalability, and transparency.
  • Respond to sales inquiries regarding commission payments and provide clear explanations of compensation calculations.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to simplify processes, reduce errors, and enhance user experience.

Qualifications

  • 5-7 years of related experience
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data validation skills
  • Process Improvement Expertise: Strong ability to identify and optimize sales processes, workflows, and systems to enhance efficiency and productivity.
  • Collaborative Leadership: Effective in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration and support of sales operations.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong Communication skills with the ability to explain complex compensation concepts
  • Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines
