Responsibilities
- Drive customer growth by explaining the company’s Data Cloud capabilities
- Offer tailored technical support during the entire sales process
- Collaborate on technical strategies to progress deal opportunities
- Help customers integrate products into their environments effectively
- Lead technical engagements such as demos and workshops
- Identify customer needs to shape proofs of concept demonstrating value
- Support competitive conversations by analyzing customer environments
Qualifications
- 5-7 years in pre-sales Sales Engineering or Solutions Consulting for enterprise environments
- Hands-on expertise in backup, recovery, and data security across various architectures
- Knowledge of data security strategies including ransomware resilience and encryption
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles
- Ability to translate technical details into business outcomes for customers
- Strong communication skills for effective presentations to diverse audiences
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
