Responsibilities
- Lead discovery, scoping and solution design across complex engagements to ensure technical feasibility.
- Drive technical pre-sales cycles with Sales to present compelling product demonstrations.
- Design scalable solutions leveraging Global Distribution Systems (GDS), New Distribution Capability (NDC) and Application Programming Interfaces (APIs).
- Produce clear technical documentation to support sales strategy and delivery phases.
- Collaborate with product, delivery and engineering teams to provide structured customer feedback.
Requirements
- Up to 30% travel
Preferred Qualifications And Education
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales engineering or solution architecture within the travel industry.
- Proven success leading pre-sales engagements and designing workflows using APIs.
- Deep understanding of travel agency workflows and distribution models like NDC.
- Strong ability to translate complex technical discussions into actionable deliverables and business value.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with familiarity using artificial intelligence tools to improve solutions.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish or French
