Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize internal CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and executive dashboards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Direct experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Experience in creating sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and executive dashboards.
  • At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
  • Salary expectation in USD for this position.
  • Fluent in English at B2/C1 level or higher.
  • Qualifications

    Preferred qualifications include:

    • Knowledge of other CRM platforms such as Zoho, Pipedrive, or Marketo.
    • Experience with data analytics tools and software.
    • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
