Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize internal CRM systems such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Develop and maintain sales forecasting models, pipeline analysis, and executive dashboards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve sales processes and efficiency.
Requirements
- Direct experience managing CRM systems like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience in creating sales forecasts, pipeline analysis, and executive dashboards.
- At least 3 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Operations.
- Salary expectation in USD for this position.
- Fluent in English at B2/C1 level or higher. Qualifications
- Knowledge of other CRM platforms such as Zoho, Pipedrive, or Marketo.
- Experience with data analytics tools and software.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
