Sr. Risk Manager, Risk Hub Onboarding, Global Strategy and Integration

Key job responsibilities

• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across multiple internal organizations, serving as the primary point of contact for RiskHub onboarding and adoption initiatives
• Own the end-to-end customer onboarding experience — from initial discovery and scoping through go-live and sustained adoption across global teams
• Deliver compelling RiskHub demonstrations to stakeholders at all levels, translating platform capabilities into business value for diverse audiences
• Develop and execute adoption strategies tailored to each customer organization, driving measurable engagement and platform utilization
• Track and report on onboarding and adoption metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership on program health, risks, and milestones
• Identify and resolve onboarding blockers by partnering with product, engineering, and compliance teams to remove friction and accelerate time-to-value
• Build and maintain scalable onboarding playbooks, best practices, and enablement materials to support consistent, repeatable customer success
• Represent the voice of the customer back to the RiskHub product team, surfacing adoption barriers, feature gaps, and improvement opportunities
• Support continuous improvement of the RiskHub platform by synthesizing customer feedback into actionable product and process recommendations

Basic Qualifications

• 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
• 5+ years of program or project Management experience
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
• Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
• Master's degree or equivalent
