Sr. Relationship Manager - Retirement Solutions (Corporate/Private Sector)

For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Relationship Manager - Retirement Solutions (Corporate/Private Sector) to join the team of a leader in the Finance & Insurance space. This role will manage strategic relationships with mid-sized plan sponsors and service providers in the retirement solutions market. The ideal candidate will help drive account growth, retention, and client satisfaction while coordinating internal support across functions. You will also partner with clients and advisors to develop tailored business plans, support onboarding, and strengthen participant engagement efforts. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $100,000 – $186,000 annually Responsibilities Proactively manage account relationships with mid-sized plan sponsors and service providers Lead a team to coordinate home office support for account growth and retention Develop strategic business plans tailored to client goals and the company's offerings Support sales acquisition by advocating the company's service model to plan sponsors Facilitate client onboarding and smooth implementation of services Advocate for client needs in the development of products and services Create participant engagement strategies to promote retirement readiness Qualifications 5-7 years of experience in financial services, with a focus on retirement plans Experience managing relationships with plan sponsors and advisors/consultants Undergraduate degree in business or finance preferred FINRA licenses (6, 63, 65 or 7/66) required Knowledge of ERISA and federal/state regulatory requirements Strong project management and organizational skills Experience leading cross-functional teams to meet client objectives Benefits Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance and disability coverage Minimum of 18 days paid time off per year Nine paid holidays and various additional leave options 401(k) plan with company match Company pension plan Business casual dress code Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
