Job Summary
Responsibilities
- Ensures timely filling of key leadership and individual contributor roles via effective sourcing and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Uses various sourcing methods such as headhunting, competitive intelligence, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, etc., to seek and evaluate the most qualified candidates, emphasizing diversity.
- Facilitates the interview process, thoroughly screens candidates using a behavioral-based interviewing technique, and presents them to the hiring manager with detailed recommendations.
- Develops collaborative relationships with leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and corporate compensation to understand end-to-end business strategy, needs, and issues, site-specific culture, hiring process, compensation practices, internal equity, talent management, succession planning, and approval processes.
- Enters requisitions and candidate information into ATS and maintains meticulous records of all interactions with candidates and hiring managers.
- Acts as a brand ambassador for Yoh and Day & Zimmermann, promoting the company through face-to-face interaction, candidate calls, job fairs, and social media as the destination employer of choice.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Required
- 5+ years experience with a combination of agency work and IT recruiting experience Required

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation and benefits are provided in compliance with this state's pay transparency laws. The wage range for this role is $54,960 - $82,440. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. Specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
