Job Summary

Responsible for executing Corporate's recruitment strategy to ensure leadership and key individual contributor roles are filled in a timely manner. Facilitate workforce planning and advise clients on the most strategic approach to filling open positions, including job description content, candidate sources, interview discipline, and offer package development. Develop qualified active and passive candidate pipelines through research, screening, and networking. Build relationships and partner with hiring managers and HR leadership to enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience and position Yoh and Day & Zimmerman as a destination employer of choice.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure key leadership and individual contributor roles are filled in a timely manner via effective sourcing and developing a pipeline of qualified candidates.
  • Proactively seek and evaluate the most qualified candidates, emphasizing diversity, to present to the hiring manager using various sourcing methods such as headhunting, competitive intelligence, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, etc.
  • Facilitate the interview process, thoroughly screen candidates (preferably using a behavioral-based interviewing technique, preferably Loninger), and provide detailed recommendations to the hiring manager.
  • Develop collaborative relationships with leadership, hiring managers, HR Business Partners, and Corporate Compensation to understand the end-to-end business strategy, needs, and issues, site-specific culture, hiring process, compensation practices, internal equity, talent management, succession planning, and approval processes.
  • Enter requisitions and candidate information into ATS and maintain meticulous records of all contact with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Act as a brand ambassador for Yoh and Day & Zimmerman through face-to-face interactions, candidate calls, job fairs, and social media, positioning us as the destination employer of choice.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) - Required
  • 5+ years experience with a combination of agency work and IT recruiting - Required

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is $54,960 - $82,440. Final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. For more information, refer to the company's policies and procedures.
