Sr. Recruiter - Marketing

About the role

Verkada is transforming how organizations protect their people and places with an integrated, privacy-sensitive AI-powered platform. This role partners with Marketing leaders to recruit talented individuals for the company's marketing organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage full cycle end-to-end recruiting (sourcing, screening, process driving, and closing)
• Develop relationships with key stakeholders in marketing and across the company
• Create the framework and gather market data to assist in launching net new positions
• Think outside of the box to engage with top talent
• Track and document candidate communications in ATS (Greenhouse)
• Deliver a high-touch, high-quality, transparent, and honest candidate experience

Requirements

• 5+ years of successful full-cycle recruiting experience at a strategic search firm, a startup or equivalent
• Strong ability to influence with data
• Ability to navigate and push through adversity in a fast-paced, start-up environment
• Experience managing multiple internal competing priorities
• Commitment to excellence and finding the top 1% of candidates
• Willingness to go above and beyond for the candidate experience
• Executive presence, coupled with strong verbal and written communication skills

Pay

Average annual pay range: $135,000—$175,000 USD

Schedule

This role requires being on-site at Verkada's HQ in San Mateo, CA 5 days a week.
