Sr Recruiter

About the role

We're seeking a Sr Recruiter to work at a premier client in North Chicago, Illinois 60064.

Responsibilities

• Recruitment focused on a specific team/function, or other areas as assigned.
• Attract top talent and develop a strong, qualified candidate pool for current and future openings.
• Pre-screen candidates.
• Project management.
• Partner with team members to develop sourcing strategies and execute sourcing strategies and provide talent for open positions.
• Proactively identify, source, and manage talent pools aligned to business priorities.
• Manage open job requisitions, update and manage Taleo ATS, achieve recruiting metrics and report key accomplishments.
• Compile and communicate knowledge base, industry overviews, market trends, data and analytics to team members and business leaders.
• Prepare and approve offer packages, providing equity and market competitiveness data research.
• Ensure compliance with state/federal employment laws and AbbVie policies and practices for applicant tracking compliance and reporting metrics.
• Establish a true business partnership with hiring managers and leadership on all staffing related activities and issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5+ years recruitment experience in a competitive, fast‑paced environment required.
• 7+ years recruiting experience preferred.
• Project a strong business presence and ability to instill confidence in clients and deliver results.
• Proactive recruiting and sourcing experience required.
• Healthcare/Pharmaceutical industry recruitment experience strongly preferred.
• Experience managing requisitions within Taleo ATS preferred.

Pay

$63.41/hr.

Schedule

Monday‑Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM; hybrid schedule: 3 days onsite, 2 days remote.
