About the Role
Seeking a highly skilled Contract Recruiter to manage full life cycle recruitment and partner closely with Hiring Managers, HR, and business leaders. You’ll drive proactive hiring strategies, deliver best-in-class candidate and stakeholder experiences, and use data to influence and improve hiring outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Own the full recruitment cycle for assigned positions
- Advise business leaders on talent needs, market trends, and strategies
- Source, assess, and engage diverse candidate pipelines for a variety of roles
- Analyze hiring metrics and recommend improvements to drive effective recruiting
- Maintain accurate applicant tracking and compliance
- Manage competing priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred; high school diploma required
- At least 4+ years of full life cycle recruiting; 6+ years preferred
- Proven experience in high-volume corporate or agency recruitment
- Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidate engagement for hard-to-fill roles
- ATS experience required (Workday or similar preferred)
- Experience supporting geographically dispersed and remote teams
- Excellent communication, consultative, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
Preferred: Experience recruiting for commercial, sales, marketing, operations, or life sciences roles
Environmental Conditions
Remote, home-office environment. Standard work hours.
Schedule
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
