Sr Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Labor Mgmt. Time & Atn

About the role

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts to ensure software quality and meet project deadlines. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and project managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop automated test cases using Selenium WebDriver and other relevant tools.
• Execute automated tests to identify defects and bugs in the software.
• Work closely with development teams to integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline.
• Document test plans, scripts, and results for future reference and improvement.
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on test strategy and execution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in automation testing.
• Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver, Python, and Jenkins.
• Experience with Git version control system.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment.
• Experience with TestNG, JUnit, or similar testing frameworks.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs and API testing.
• Experience with continuous integration and deployment tools.

• $85,000 - $95,000 annually.
