Sr. Quality Assurance Automation Engineer - Labor Mgmt. Scheduling

About the role

Responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks to ensure high-quality software products. Collaborates with cross-functional teams including developers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver and other tools.
• Develop and maintain continuous integration pipelines to automate testing processes.
• Perform code reviews and provide feedback on test cases and scripts.
• Debug and resolve defects in automated tests and integrate fixes into the mainline codebase.
• Participate in sprint planning and retrospectives to align testing efforts with project goals.
• Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and methodologies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing, preferably in an automation capacity.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, or C#, and knowledge of JavaScript.
• Experience with Selenium WebDriver, Jenkins, and Git.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Qualifications
