About the role
The Sr. Project Manager leads product development and commercialization initiatives, focusing on pilot deployments at customer sites to secure references and accelerate market adoption. Reporting to the Senior Director, Additive Manufacturing, this role is part of the Energy+ Business Unit at Pall Corporation.
Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of pilot and commercial deployments including sales support, contract review, technical documentation, vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements including milestone tracking and reporting.
- Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required. Degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- Prefer 5+ years of project/program management experience, including 5+ years leading cross-functional, global teams in a stage-gate environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale projects (e.g., $2M+, 2 years+).
- Ability to travel up to 10% to project sites within North America or to international locations.
- Previous experience in Metal AM technologies (e.g., Binder Jetting, Laser Powder Bed Fusion) is a plus.
- Experience managing government-funded projects is a plus.
- Influencing without authority in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.
Qualifications

Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 – $155,000. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
Schedule
This position is eligible for a remote work arrangement in which you can work remotely from your home.
