Sr. Project Manager - Energy + Bus. Unit (Filtration, Govt. Funded Projects, Bus. Development/Proposal Writing)

This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead pilot and commercial deployments from start to finish including planning and resource allocation
• Manage various phases of deployments including sales support and technical documentation
• Ensure compliance with project requirements, tracking, and reporting milestones
• Communicate project status and risks effectively to leadership
• Capture and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement
• Coordinate with vendors and oversee FAT/SAT testing for customer acceptance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; degree in Engineering or Science preferred
• PMP or equivalent project management certification
• 5+ years of project/program management experience; strong preference for global, cross-functional leadership
• Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects over $2M and spanning more than 2 years
• Experience with government-funded projects is a plus

Pay

$135,000 – $155,000 annually
