This role will drive complex programs from planning through execution with a focus on structure, accountability, and measurable delivery. You will work across business leaders, delivery teams, and strategic partners to align priorities, manage dependencies, and keep initiatives on track within a Business Services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead pilot and commercial deployments from start to finish including planning and resource allocation
- Manage various phases of deployments including sales support and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with project requirements, tracking, and reporting milestones
- Communicate project status and risks effectively to leadership
- Capture and implement lessons learned for continuous improvement
- Coordinate with vendors and oversee FAT/SAT testing for customer acceptance
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; degree in Engineering or Science preferred
- PMP or equivalent project management certification
- 5+ years of project/program management experience; strong preference for global, cross-functional leadership
- Demonstrated success managing large-scale projects over $2M and spanning more than 2 years
- Experience with government-funded projects is a plus

Pay
$135,000 – $155,000 annually
