About the role
As a Sr. Project Manager at Pall Corporation, you will lead product development and commercialization initiatives, focusing on executing pilot deployments at customer sites to secure references and accelerate market adoption. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Director, Additive Manufacturing within the Energy+ Business Unit, a global leader in filtration, purification, and separation solutions for industries such as Oil & Gas, Chemicals, Polymers, and Industrial Manufacturing. There is a preference for candidates who can work on-site in DeLand, FL or Cortland, NY.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end execution of pilot and commercial deployments, including planning, resource allocation, and risk management to deliver projects on-time and within budget.
- Manage all phases of pilot and commercial deployments: sales support, contract review, technical documentation (P&IDs, GAs, electrical/software), vendor coordination, FAT/SAT testing, and customer acceptance.
- Ensure compliance with government-funded project requirements, including milestone tracking and reporting.
- Communicate project status, risks, and escalation points to leadership and stakeholders.
- Capture lessons learned and continuously improve project execution processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required; degree in Engineering or Science preferred.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification.
- 5+ years of project/program management experience, with preference for 5+ years leading cross-functional, global teams in a stage-gate environment.
- Proven success managing large-scale projects (e.g., $2M+, 2 years+).
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements
- Ability to travel up to 10% to project sites within North America or to international locations.
Preferred Experience
- Metal AM technologies (e.g., Binder Jetting, Laser Powder Bed Fusion).
- Managing government-funded projects.
- Influencing without authority in a matrix organization and collaborating across functions.
Pay
The annual salary range for this role is $135,000 – $155,000. This role is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
