About the Role
Central Environmental, Inc. (CEI) is seeking a Sr. Project Coordinator in Lewiston, ID. This role involves confidentially processing employee personal information, coordinating with various departments, and assisting with project set-up, launch, and management.
Responsibilities
- Confidentially process employee personal information
- Coordinate with Human Resources, Finance, IT, and Safety as needed
- Work directly with Project Management to assist with project set-up and launch
- Execute Purchase Orders
- Coordinate with vendors, subcontractors, clients, government entities, and BSNC sister companies
- Complete credit card statements
- Assist with transferring personnel between projects
- Schedule housing and travel for projects
- Code and approve invoices
- Manage project billing
- Create project accounting coding, track, organize, and report on project accounting
- Assist with BSNC’s monthly EAC process
Requirements
- High School Diploma
- Valid Driver’s License
- Pass Drug Test
- 15 years of construction industry experience as an administrator or coordinator
- Experience with HCSS and CostPoint
- Certified Payroll: tracking, reporting, submittal
- Experience with client engagement, especially local, state, and federal construction clients
- Experience with Federal Government FAR protocol
- Ability to travel throughout the US (including Alaska)

- Proficiency in Microsoft 365: Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams

Physical Requirements
- Ability to function in an office environment, including standing or sitting for extended periods
- High usage of computers and associated devices
- Work more than 40 hours per week or unorthodox hours due to project activities
- Ability to travel to remote construction locations and traverse uneven surfaces
Work Environment
- Office or remote work environment as needed
- Standard business hours, with additional time required during construction season or project activities
- Short-term exposure to industrial construction activities and remote construction environments
Note: This position does not have supervisory responsibilities and is not a DOT Covered/Safety-Sensitive role. Shareholder preference is given to BSNC shareholders, shareholder descendants, and shareholder spouses who meet the minimum qualifications.
