About the Opportunity:The SR PROGRAM MANAGER- MARKETING PMO TRANSFORMATION leads strategic marketing program initiatives and drives the transformation of the Marketing PMO into an AI-first organization. This role is responsible for integrating AI technologies to streamline project management and enhance decision-making, advancing the PMO from administrative functions toward orchestrating value. The position contributes by innovating how work is managed and scaling AI-enabled processes to increase operational effectiveness within marketing. 3. Responsibilities:Lead a portfolio of complex marketing programs and strategic initiatives.Redesign project management processes using AI to automate and improve planning, reporting, governance, and communication.Develop and implement AI-enabled workflows, automations, playbooks, and decision-support tools.Analyze cross-functional workflows to identify bottlenecks and drive scalable process improvements.Optimize PMO operations including intake, prioritization, portfolio planning, governance, resource management, and executive reporting.Collaborate with senior leaders to enhance prioritization, resource allocation, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.Evaluate and adopt emerging AI technologies to improve PMO operations continuously.Lead change management efforts to promote adoption of AI-enabled ways of working. 4. Requirements:Over ten years of experience leading complex programs, PMOs, business transformations, or strategic operations in large, matrixed organizations.Proven success in delivering high-impact initiatives and improving processes, workflows, or operating models.Demonstrated experience using AI to redesign work, automate processes, and enhance decision-making.Expertise in portfolio management, process optimization, organizational effectiveness, operating model design, change management, and executive stakeholder engagement.Strong knowledge of AI and automation technologies, including Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, AI agents, workflow automation, and work management platforms.Systems-thinking mindset with ability to identify root causes and design scalable solutions.Strong influencing and change leadership skills.Experience with project management tools such as Workfront Planning, Workfront, or ClickUp is a plus.Bachelor''s degree in a related field or equivalent experience. 5.
