Sr. Program Manager, PMO

Responsibilities

• Own strategic programs from inception to delivery, ensuring clear goals and status
• Translate complex activities into decision-ready reports for leadership
• Track deadlines and action items rigorously, ensuring accountability
• Identify dependencies and risks early, making sure they are managed
• Design and implement planning processes to enhance organizational speed and consistency
• Define KPIs for monitoring engineering effectiveness and delivery health
• Facilitate retrospectives that lead to actionable insights rather than mere documentation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 8+ years in program or project management, with 4+ years in a senior role in software/SaaS
• Proven success running complex, cross-functional programs in a global organization
• Strong facilitation skills across teams and time zones
• Experience improving PMO practices within product or engineering organizations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working with versions of Scrum
• Proficient in enterprise planning tools like Aha! and Jira, with a solid grasp of data-driven reporting

Pay

$120,000 – $145,000 annually
