Sr Program Manager, Elevated Content, éShop Content Services

About the role

Visual content like photography, video, 3D, or graphic design is critical for customers to understand and evaluate products in their online shopping journey, while also conveying a sentiment of shopping in an elevated environment. Our team continually innovates and sets new industry standards for showcasing tens of millions of products across multiple countries. We're looking for a Sr Program Manager to help build the visual content that will elevate the customer experience for premium and luxury products.

Responsibilities

• Define elevated content requirements to support new UX components: the type of content needed, the volumes to produce, quality levels, and business impact.
• Build roadmaps to meet content coverage and quality goals.
• Support planning for editorial campaigns.
• Strategize content acquisition across sources (brand-provided, in-house created, AI-generated, etc.).
• Track deliverables against plan, timing, and budget.
• Support org-level AI initiatives as needed.
• Track progress across multiple concurrent workstreams focused on building Amazon's credibility as a high-end retailer, ensuring alignment to program objectives and timely delivery of key milestones.
• Define and document project requirements in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders, translating business needs into clear, actionable workstreams to expand content coverage.
• Develop glidepaths with measurable targets and monitor completion against established benchmarks, proactively identifying and mitigating risks to maintain program velocity.
• Document and define the strategic framework for scaling initiatives, ensuring repeatable processes and operational readiness for broader adoption.
• Build mechanisms to evaluate and track content performance.

Requirements

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design, or related field.
• Knowledge of general AI tools.
• Experience designing, implementing, and scaling upskilling, apprenticeship, or workforce development programs across large-scale operations or corporate environments, including forecasting workforce needs and leveraging analytics to drive program decisions.
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
• Usage of generative AI tools to enhance workflow efficiency, with a willingness to learn effective prompting and evaluation practices.
• Ability to recognize opportunities where generative AI could enhance products, workflows, or customer experiences.

About the team

Our team, éShop (Elevated Shopping), aims to develop new, elevated customer experiences that will assert Amazon as a preferred destination for high-end shopping.

Pay

Base salary range: $127,200 - $185,000 USD annually for this position in New York, NY.
