Key Responsibilities
- Lead cross-functional account teams supporting RFx bidding, contract execution, customer scorecards, and QBR/QTR delivery
- Define account strategies and priorities to ensure consistent, high-quality customer engagement
- Manage ongoing account cadence (calls, reviews) to track opportunities, risks, and actions
- Identify gaps in customer expectations and drive resolution through structured follow-up and accountability
- Support pipeline tracking and contribute to achievement of revenue and growth targets
- Lead end-to-end delivery of CSP offerings, ensuring programs are executed on time, within scope, and on budget
- Manage complex, cross-functional teams (Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Services, Operations, etc.) across global regions
- Build and execute detailed project plans, including milestones, dependencies, and readiness checkpoints
- Track program readiness across key dimensions (BOM validation, Dataline enablement, ECNs, CTO/LTO configurations)
- Establish and run governance cadences (e.g., ODT/BMS reviews) to monitor progress, mitigate risks, and drive alignment
- Maintain accurate program documentation and centralized repositories
Basic Qualifications
- 8+ years of project/program management experience in a complex, cross-functional environment
- Experience supporting customer engagements and delivering customer-facing programs
- Background in Compute, Storage, or GPU/AI infrastructure solutions
- Experience within OEM, ODM, or system integration environments in the data center industry
- Strong financial acumen, including PL understanding (MBA a plus)
- Proven ability to operate in a fast-paced, global, and matrixed organization
- Familiarity with CSP business models and hyperscaler environments
- Proven ability to think critically, solve problems, and communicate effectively
- PMI certification preferred
- Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, scheduling tools)
- Knowledge of hardware manufacturing processes (PCBA, Building Block, L10–L12)
