Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Government’s primary point of contact and senior on-site representative for the prime Contractor.
• Provide overall leadership, direction, and guidance for all Contractor personnel and activities.
• Be an employee of the prime Contractor with ultimate responsibility for contract quality, efficiency, technical performance, and business processes.
• Assign tasks, supervise ongoing technical efforts, and manage overall contract performance and deliverables.
• Possess authority to commit the Contractor’s organization and make decisions in response to Government issues, concerns, and comments.
• Be readily available to respond to Government questions and concerns in a timely manner.
• Proactively identify and alert the Government to potential contractual or programmatic issues and recommend corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Minimum Experience: Citizenship: Must be a US citizen
  Clearance: Must have and be able to maintain TS/SCI level clearance
  Education: Bachelor's degree
  Years of Experience: Twelve (12) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including five (5) years of DoD experience
• Additional Experience: Experience planning, directing, and managing complex projects of similar size and scope
  Experience managing employees across various labor categories
  Experience working with USAF and/or DoD leadership
  Experience identifying user requirements and translating them into project plans

Preferred Qualifications

• Education: Master's degree
  Years of Experience: Ten (10) years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, including five (5) years of DoD experience
