Sr. Program & Event Coordinator

HybridManagementFull-time
We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We must include only sections that have real specific content. Must not repeat job title as heading. Must not include Job ID etc. Must preserve all substantive info, remove boilerplate (cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions). Must not create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless posting actually states them. The posting includes Pay range, Incentive Plan, SHIFT, etc. Also includes Benefits details. So we need sections: About the role (maybe the introductory paragraph after title?), Responsibilities (the big block), Requirements/Qualifications/Skills (maybe combine?), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to decide headings: "About the role", "Responsibilities", "Requirements", "Qualifications", "Skills", "Benefits", "Pay", "Schedule". But we should only include sections that have content. The posting includes a paragraph after title: "Tomorrow is our home..." That's about the company and role. Could be "About the role". Then responsibilities block. Then requirements: includes Bachelor's degree, Certification, 5-7 Years Experience, etc. Also includes skills list. Could split into Requirements and Skills. But we can combine if we want fewer sections. The instruction: "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." So maybe we combine Requirements and Skills into one "Requirements" section, or separate if distinct. Let's see content: Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (Hospitality, Marketing, Business Administration) – Required; Certification (Cvent) – Required; 5-7 Years of Experience (Sales, Brand Marketing, Hospitality, Event Management, Marketing) – Required. Then a list of abilities: Proven ability to independently manage multiple... etc. Those are skills/competencies. Could be under "Skills". But we can put them under "Requirements" as bullet list. Benefits: detailed list. Pay: includes Pay range, Incentive Plan: Annual Bonus Incentive Target %: 1%; also note about bonus range 0-200% of target. Also SHIFT: First (maybe shift?). Also schedule: "This is a 100% onsite position with some Saturdays required." Also later: "Candidates work onsite 100% and must be able to work a rotating schedule on Saturdays". Also travel percentage 10%. So schedule includes onsite, some Saturdays, rotating schedule. We'll put schedule section. We must not include headings with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must not include duplicated lines. Need to deduplicate repetitive sentences. For responsibilities, there are many repeated sentences; we need to preserve all substantive info but not duplicate identical lines. We'll need to read the responsibilities block and remove duplicate sentences. Let's extract responsibilities section text: "Leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of national programs, events, and meetings across all EDC locations. May be asked to travel to EDC locations" We need to deduplicate: there are some repeated sentences like "Leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement..." appears at start and later? Actually appears at start and later maybe not duplicate. There's "Develops and executes strategic marketing initiatives..." appears multiple times. We need to remove duplicate identical lines. Let's scan for duplicates: - "Leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of national programs, events, and meetings across all EDC locations." appears once at top. - "Serves as the central point of coordination to ensure seamless execution, operational consistency, effective vendor management, and process optimization while delivering high-quality experiences for customers, trade partners, sales and internal teams." appears once. - "Executes strategic marketing initiatives to drive brand visibility across the U.S. Experience & Design Centers (EDCs), optimize performance, and strengthen partnerships with sales and dealers." appears once. - "Collaborates with EDC Managers, Regional Directors, VPs, and cross-functional teams to align initiatives with business objectives and enhance customer, trade partner, and sales engagement." appears once. - "Drives integrated marketing and event strategies that enhance customer experience, increase engagement, support sales objectives, and elevate brand presence within the EDC network." appears once. - "Oversees promotional planning, communication coordination, performance tracking, and post-event analysis to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and increased business impact." appears once. - "This is a 100% onsite position with some Saturdays required." appears once. - "Program, Event Planning & Execution" is a heading-like line but not a sentence; maybe treat as a subsection but we are not making subheadings; we can keep as plain text? Probably we should keep as part of responsibilities but not as heading. It's a category; we can keep as a sentence? It's not a sentence; maybe we can treat as a bold heading but we are not to add extra headings. We'll keep as a line but maybe better to incorporate into bullet list? The instruction: Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should convert responsibilities into a
    • list. So we need to extract each duty as a list item. So we need to break responsibilities into distinct items. The headings like "Program, Event Planning & Execution" etc are section titles within responsibilities; we could treat them as part of list items or we could ignore them and just list duties. The instruction: use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we should produce a
          with
        • items for each duty. We should not include the section headings as separate list items unless they are duties. Better to treat them as part of the list items (maybe we can keep them as part of the duty description). But we can also just list all duty sentences as items, ignoring the headings. Thus we need to compile a list of duty sentences (unique). Let's extract unique duty sentences from the responsibilities block. I'll list them: 1. Leads the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of national programs, events, and meetings across all EDC locations. 2. Serves
