Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation
About the role
For our client, we are seeking a Sr. Program Analyst - Transformation to join the team of a leader in the Technical Services space. This role will support enterprise transformation initiatives that improve how teams plan, execute, and communicate across the organization. The Sr. Program Analyst will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and project partners to translate requirements into action and keep delivery moving forward. This position also plays a key role in strengthening operating models, standardizing delivery practices, and maintaining clear visibility into milestones, risks, and priorities. The ideal candidate will bring a consulting-minded approach to cross-functional program execution in a fast-paced technical services environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead stakeholder workshops to gather requirements and translate findings into actionable items
- Partner with development teams to refine requirements and track delivery
- Maintain project plans across initiatives and track milestones and priorities
- Execute and scale the Revenue Intelligence operating model, including sprint planning and reviews
- Standardize delivery practices across teams to improve execution models
- Manage risks and provide structured updates on project status and alignment
- Support internal communications for various initiatives and ensure messaging clarity
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 5-7 years in project coordination, program management, business analysis, or related roles
- Experience in cross-functional transformation initiatives
- Support for application development or business intelligence
- Familiarity with go-to-market initiatives
- Background in consulting, IT services, or transformation programs
