Sr. Product Marketing Manager, NASM Tech & AI Marketing
About the role
The Sr. Product Marketing Manager, GenAI & Personalization will partner with Tech and Creative partners to manage the development and experiment roadmap of AI-generated recommendation models to improve personalized content shown to customers. They will collaborate with Tech and Creative stakeholders, partner cross-functionally with other Marketers, onboard new GenAI tools, conduct feedback loops between Marketers and Tech, and create experimentation requirements by defining key KPIs.
Responsibilities
- Partner with Engineering, Product, and Science to co-develop roadmap for personalized recommendation models
- Influence Tech partners on the development of new AI-powered tools to ensure customer-first approach is top of mind
- Own experimentation roadmap to test new AI-powered recommendation models and logic
- Run experiments and/or secure partnerships with relevant Marketers to conduct experiments
- Develop formalized feedback loops to share Marketer feedback with Tech and Creative stakeholders to improve AI capabilities
- Understand marketing tasks and best practices to share back with Tech partners to help guide tech roadmap and 3YP
Qualifications
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches
