About the role
You will drive product marketing for AI-powered creation and consumption experiences, shaping strategy and go-to-market outcomes that matter to micro/SMB business professionals. You will influence product roadmaps and lead cross-functional launches, working in a Hybrid model (2 to 3 days onsite) across San Jose and San Francisco. Your stakeholders include Product, Design, Analytics, and cross-functional marketing teams.
Responsibilities
- Own product marketing leadership for current and future AI innovations across the product line.
- Partner with Product and Design to inform prioritization and roadmap direction.
- Define research-validated value propositions and persona-led hero use cases for AI workflows.
- Lead internal and external user validation ahead of GA and translate insights into product and narrative refinements.
- Lead end-to-end net-new AI product launches and manage value-led monthly releases, enabling cross-functional readiness through demos and walkthroughs.
- Set success metrics and performance targets with Analytics, tracking adoption, engagement, and business impact to inform prioritization recommendations.
Requirements
- 7+ years of Product Marketing experience with a proven track record of leading complex product launches from strategy through execution.
- Experience defining strategy for a distinct audience segment or growth business, including shaping positioning, GTM, and adoption at scale.
- Experience driving growth strategies within scaled consumer or hybrid consumer/SaaS businesses.
- Strong customer and market intuition with the ability to understand user behaviors and emerging trends.
- Exceptional positioning and storytelling skills to translate sophisticated product innovations into clear, customer-led value.
- A Bachelor's degree in business or marketing is required.
Pay
$68.73 - $85.92/hour
