Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain Magnitude's core positioning and messaging framework, including value propositions by persona, use case, and competitive context
- Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives for CISOs, CROs, VPs of Third-Party Risk, and procurement stakeholders
- Own the competitive intelligence function, tracking the TPRM, AI governance, and agentic security landscape and producing analysis the sales team can actually use
- Build and maintain a library of sales enablement assets including pitch decks, one-pagers, competitive battlecards, objection handling guides, and talk tracks
- Partner with the Sr. Growth Marketing Manager on campaign messaging, content strategy, and integrated GTM programs
- Collaborate with Product to develop launch materials for new features and capabilities, ensuring external messaging reflects product reality
- Support the development of customer-facing content including case studies, videos, solution briefs, white papers, ROI calculations, social posts, and website copy. Lead webinars as the SME and speak at trade shows/events
- Contribute to a written culture by producing work that is clear, precise, and built to be used. Leverage AI and build agents where appropriate
Requirements
- 5+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS, with demonstrated ownership of positioning, messaging, or launch work
- Exceptional written communication, with the ability to simplify complex ideas without losing accuracy
- Strong instincts for the enterprise buyer, how they think, what they fear, and what actually moves them to act
- Experience collaborating closely with product and sales teams on both strategic and executional work
- Intellectual curiosity about the security, risk, and AI landscape, and the drive to develop genuine expertise
- High agency, with a track record of producing quality work without close direction and improving it without being asked
Qualifications
- Experience in cybersecurity, TPRM/GRC, risk management, or adjacent enterprise security categories
- Familiarity with third-party risk management, vendor security, or AI governance concepts
- Background at a high-growth, venture-backed startup, particularly at an early or formative stage
- Familiarity with B2B sales cycles (PLG experience is a plus)
- Demonstrated ability to build messaging frameworks and enablement assets that sales teams actually want to use
- Experience supporting a company through a rebrand, category creation, or market entry
- Comfort operating in a written-first culture where clarity of thought and communication are evaluated equally
