Sr. Product Manager - Recs/AI

About the role

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a consumer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of AI-driven recommendation systems
• Explore innovative applications of generative AI in content creation
• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics for optimization
• Define and prioritize product roadmap for AI and personalization
• Conduct user research to inform AI product decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for product launches
• Document product requirements and design specifications
• Participate in agile development processes

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Ownership in e-commerce or consumer software
• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science
• Strong understanding of e-commerce personalization techniques
• Proven experience with generative AI models and their applications
• Expertise in data analysis using tools like Google Analytics or SQL
• Experience in defining and managing product roadmaps
• Excellent communication skills for technical concepts
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum environments

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $177,000 – $220,000 annually
