About the Opportunity

The Sr. Product Manager - Payments leads the strategy and execution of embedded payment solutions designed to reduce friction for providers and patients. This role is pivotal in enhancing payment workflows, improving financial visibility, and supporting scalable payment operations across the organization's portfolio. It contributes directly to streamlining healthcare payments and advancing operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define and prioritize the product strategy and roadmap for embedded payment capabilities
• Lead the full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch iteration
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, payment operations, sales, onboarding, support, marketing, and customer success teams
• Serve as product expert for internal and external partners including Adyen, Zentact, Salesforce, and other third-party providers
• Deliver prioritized roadmap commitments with clear business cases and measurable outcomes
• Improve merchant onboarding, activation rates, feature adoption, and transaction volume
• Reduce payment-related escalations and operational inefficiencies
• Identify opportunities to optimize revenue, interchange performance, transaction routing, and partner effectiveness
• Build and maintain strong feedback loops with practitioners, internal teams, and partners to inform product improvements

Requirements

• Minimum six years of SaaS product management experience, preferably with healthcare payments
• Experience managing payment products or workflows including processors, facilitators, underwriting, compliance, PCI, risk, reconciliation, reporting, or integrations
• Ability to translate customer insights, operational challenges, business goals, and payment data into product requirements and measurable outcomes
• Strong cross-functional leadership and collaboration skills
• Preferrred proficiency with data analysis, AI-enabled product tools, and platforms such as ChatGPT/Codex, Snowflake/Cortex, or Claude

Pay Range and Compensation Package

The expected pay range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000. Eligible for benefits including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, 401(k) with company match. May be eligible for additional compensation such as bonuses or equity, if applicable.
