Sr. Product Manager, Delivery Service Partners
About the role
The Global Delivery Service Partner (DSP) organization is seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager to lead a strategic initiative reshaping our global last mile delivery operations. This role will involve defining the long-term product strategy and vision to meet DSP customer needs and the network demand for new modes of delivery.
Responsibilities
- Own the product strategy and roadmap to introduce new Speed programs (Same Day, Sub Same Day, Amazon Now) for DSPs to complete Amazon deliveries at a global scale.
- Define the long-term product strategy and vision to meet DSP customer needs and the network demand for new modes of delivery.
- Influence how we model last mile operations by defining best practices at a global scale.
- Provide alignment between partner teams.
- Influence senior leadership on the strategy and investment.
- Drive organizational change and transformative initiatives.
Requirements
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
- Experience with end to end product delivery.
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
- 5+ years of product or finance experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Previous experience in logistics industry or supply chain.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to partner with stakeholders and drive consensus toward mutual goals.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex projects and competing priorities in an ever-changing environment.
- Strong strategic aptitude; proven ability to define a winning business strategy and product roadmap and gain buy-in from stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to conceptualize complex interrelated applications and system platforms, as well as the ability to effectively communicate those systems to non-technical team members and business partners.
- Experience building new products from experiments and owning roadmap strategy and definition.

Pay
Base salary range: $152,200.00 - $206,000.00 USD annually
Schedule
Based in the US, but drives global operations across 20 countries. Domestic and international travel will be required 10-20% of the time.
