Sr. Manager, Product Delivery
for each.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID.
We must include only sections with real content. So we need to decide which sections have content.
About the role: we have description of company and role overview. Could be About the role.
Responsibilities: list of duties under "What You’ll Do". That's responsibilities.
Requirements: maybe education and experience? Could be Requirements.
Qualifications: maybe certifications etc. Could be Qualifications.
Skills: maybe communication, coaching, stakeholder engagement, tools, etc. Could be Skills.
Benefits: as above.
Pay: as above.
Schedule: as above.
We must not create sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So for responsibilities list, we need
- . For requirements list (education, experience) maybe also list. For benefits list. For skills list maybe.
We need to preserve all substantive information, not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to include all details from posting.
We must remove boilerplate: EEO, equal opportunity, scam warning, navigation, cookie, legal, application instructions. The posting includes EEO statement at end; we must remove that. Also "Orion180 is an Equal Opportunity Employer..." etc. Remove.
Also remove "While performing general duties..." physical demands? That's not boilerplate but maybe part of job description; it's substantive? It describes physical demands. Could be included under maybe "Work Environment" but we don't have a heading for that. Could be included under Responsibilities? Not exactly. Might be considered part of job details; but we have no specific section for physical demands. Could we include under Responsibilities? Not appropriate. Could we create a section like "Work Environment"? Not allowed headings list only those given. So we must either drop it or incorporate into existing sections if relevant. The physical demands are not about responsibilities, requirements, qualifications, skills, benefits, pay, schedule. Could be considered part of "Schedule"? No. Could be part of "About the role"? Not really. The instruction: "Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions." Physical demands is not boilerplate; it's part of job description. But we have no heading for it. The instruction says "Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones." We could include it under Responsibilities as a bullet? Might be okay. But it's not a duty; it's a requirement about physical ability. Could be under Requirements? Possibly as a requirement. We could add a bullet under Requirements: "Ability to sit, stand, walk, lift About the role
