Job Responsibilities
- Product Ownership of Operations
- Create and manage product vision, feature roadmaps, product requirements, and readiness for business support.
- Partner with business units, stakeholders, and leadership to identify opportunities for improving customer experience through analysis of both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Conduct cost-benefit and competitive analyses to aid decision-making.
- Understand, at a high-level, the system design of the product within T-Mobile Platforms.
- Analyze key performance metrics for assigned products, identifying trends which could be indicators of customer pain points or revenue leaks.
- Create customer scenarios for testing in production to ensure, after each system release, customer experiences continue to operate as intended.
- Drive issues to closure on a timely basis to ensure T-Mobile’s Customer First brand is maintained.
- Product Ownership of Enhancements
- Translate requests from marketing, consumer, or business into a product construct which delivers the needed feature set to attain financial forecasts.
- Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact, collaborate with architecture and development teams to manage technical debt and long-term investments, and ensure production defects are prioritized for resolution.
- Interact with IT including detailed analysis of product requirements, optimizing as needed to minimize costs and deliver with speed.
- Review system designs, participate in developer reviews, answer questions, execute change requests as needed, and approve test strategy ensuring comprehensive quality assurance.
- Pivot to partnering with marketing, consumer, and digital teams to ensure marketing message is accurate given final product design, consumer and business training aligns with design, and digital Journey BOT can quickly assist customers with questions.
- Lead the Product Portfolio and Demand Management team’s IT Capital Prioritization framework.
- Provide routine updates to Director-level and above regarding IT Projects which impact PP&DM products, vet new projects, train within the PP&DM team on managing a project through the Enterprise Prioritization process, and prepare the PP&DM VP to advocate for our projects within the larger Marketing organization.
- Bachelor's Degree (Required); Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or Finance (preferred)
- 7+ years of relevant Product Management experience in an agile software product development environment
- Product Lifecycle Management Experience in delivering large and complex business/technology initiatives
- Proven ability to effectively and efficiently communicate with Leadership, while employing a high degree of collaboration and influence
- Proven success in directing matrixed resources and delivering software, with Agile Scrum methodologies and other commonly used tools, across multiple teams

- Proven experience with Agile backlog/project management tools
- Strong requirements elicitation, and proven writing skills including the ability to write concisely and clearly for different audiences
- Strong analytical skills with demonstrated ability to identify/analyze/synthesize product use data and use the data to drive decisions
