Sr Product Manager
About the role
At Disney Experiences Technology, our team creates world-class immersive and digital experiences for the Company’s vacation brands, including Disney’s Parks and Resorts worldwide, Disney Cruise Line, Aulani, A Disney Resort & Spa, and Disney Vacation Club. The Senior Product Manager will deliver digital experiences for Walt Disney World and Disneyland that delight Guests while planning, booking, and enjoying their vacation.
Responsibilities
- Define clear and detailed product specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders across Disney, including marketing, operations, design, engineering, and other product teams.
- Communicate product updates, progress, and timelines effectively to all relevant parties.
- Fill in gaps across roles and functions as needed, performing as an adaptive problem solver.
- Translate the digital strategy into clearly prioritized user stories and business requirements.
- Use AI tools to craft initial Business Requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
- Ensure appropriate delivery of Product requirements across the development lifecycle.
- Support multiple cross-functional teams/development studios to ensure a solid understanding of the defined scope.
- Communicate changes in strategic direction or priority shifts to cross-functional teams.
Requirements
- 5+ years of previous experience as a product manager.
- Ability to think strategically and drive ideas into action, with a positive outlook and willingness to take personal initiative.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to identify, understand, and drive resolution of complex critical issues.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Pay
The hiring range for this position in Glendale, CA is $141,900 to $190,300 per year. The base pay offered will take into account internal equity and may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A bonus and/or long-term incentive units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the level and position offered.
