Close legacy gaps and advance our modern shipping platform
Advance our modern shipping platform to support high‑volume, multi‑DC, LTL/TL, and compliance‑heavy workflows.
Drive enterprise customer success
Ensure retention, satisfaction, and alignment with roadmap priorities for 400+ strategic accounts.
Partner with field sales
Provide product expertise, demos, and ROI narratives to support consultative deals ($100K–$500K ACV).
Translate customer insight into clear requirements
Develop clear requirements, user stories, and prioritization frameworks based on customer insights.
Lead cross‑functional execution
Work with engineering, design, partnerships, sales, and customer success teams to deliver roadmap commitments on time.
Measure business performance
Monitor and report on key metrics including revenue growth, activation, adoption, PSAT, and churn reduction.
Maintain competitive intelligence
Stay informed about industry trends and competitors, and identify opportunities to extend Production Shipping capabilities across the Shipping 360 ecosystem.
Bring Enterprise product management experience
- 6–10 years in product, including 3+ years in logistics, supply chain, or shipping tech
- Deep domain expertise in production shipping workflows, multi‑location fulfillment, carrier routing, LTL/TL, and optimization concepts
- Vertical knowledge in at least one segment (pharma, retail, 3PL, manufacturing)
Executive‑level communication
Communicate effectively with VP/C‑suite stakeholders and guide strategic accounts.
Platform thinking
Think strategically about scalability and customization, and lead cross‑functional teams to execute on the product vision.

Bonus Points
- Experience with multicarrier parcel management, enterprise TMS/WMS, or ERP/WMS integrations (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Manhattan)
- Background in pharma compliance (21 CFR Part 11), POD workflows, or healthcare integrations
- 3PL platform experience (multi‑tenant, client billing)
- Led large‑scale migrations from legacy to modern platforms
- Interest in AI/ML for carrier selection, network optimization, or predictive shipping
- International shipping experience (duties, taxes, cross‑border carriers)
Compensation
The wage range for this position is $150,000-180,000 per year, with the actual pay dependent on your skills, experience, and location as they relate to the job requirements. This role is eligible for an annual performance bonus.
