About the Role

The Sr. Product Manager, Data & Analytics is responsible for leading the strategic development and delivery of enterprise data products and platforms. This role drives the data strategy, ensuring scalable, governed, and actionable data solutions that support advanced analytics and AI initiatives. The position involves collaborating with executive leadership and cross-domain teams to align on a unified data architecture and to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy and development for large-scale enterprise data platforms supporting petabyte-scale analytics.
  • Create and govern a common platform for data discovery and enterprise data sharing.
  • Drive semantic modeling and metadata management to streamline data consumption for BI and AI.
  • Implement data governance frameworks ensuring quality, lineage, privacy compliance, and security.
  • Prepare data infrastructure for advanced analytics, machine learning, and generative AI.
  • Monitor and drive user adoption of data platform solutions, managing monthly OKRs.
  • Use data insights to inform product development and identify efficiency opportunities.
  • Manage the feature lifecycle from sandbox testing to deployment, serving as liaison between product and engineering teams.
  • Serve as key contact for data technology vendors, evaluate emerging solutions, and coordinate communications.
  • Conduct assessments for technology selection to support build-versus-buy decisions.
  • Develop strategies to mitigate vendor risks and avoid lock-in while ensuring speed to market.
  • Identify and pilot emerging data technologies that provide competitive advantages.
  • Define roadmaps for internal platforms including AI capabilities and coordinate across teams.
  • Develop and execute an enterprise-wide data strategy aligned with market changes and business needs.
  • Gain executive buy-in and consensus through strategic presentations and ROI analysis.
  • Monitor emerging data technologies, competitive landscape, and industry best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in media, entertainment, or advertising technology industries.
  • Minimum 8 years of product management experience, including at least 2 years managing data or analytics products.
